1. Services Provided - K2Fitness provides fitness and nutrition coaching, both online and in person. Services include: personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and accountability support.
2. Payments & Refunds - All payments must be made in advance via Stripe or e-transfer (auto-deposit). Packages and subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by K2Fitness. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities - Provide accurate and honest health, injury, and lifestyle information. Complete check-ins, track workouts, and attend scheduled calls. Follow program instructions to the best of your ability.
4. Health & Medical Clearance - K2Fitness does not provide medical advice. Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and injuries truthfully. Clearance from a licensed physician may be required before beginning or continuing services. Failure to disclose relevant medical history shifts all responsibility for resulting issues onto the client.
5. Communication - Support is provided via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled Zoom calls. Standard response time is within 24 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri). - Boundaries apply: no late-night messaging, emergencies handled separately.
6. Liability Waiver - By participating in K2Fitness programs, you assume all risks associated with exercise and nutrition. K2Fitness and its coaches are not liable for injuries, health complications, or losses arising from participation.
7. Minors - Clients under 18 require parent/guardian approval. Sessions may only occur with guardian consent and must follow K2Fitness minor training policies.
8. International Clients - K2Fitness serves clients internationally. These Terms apply globally, but local consumer protection laws may also apply.
9. Acceptance & Medical Certification - By checking the acceptance box and completing payment through our secure Stripe portal, you confirm that: You have disclosed all relevant medical history and current conditions truthfully. You understand K2Fitness does not provide medical advice and that clearance from a physician may be required. You certify that, to the best of your knowledge, you do not have any undisclosed condition that would make participation unsafe. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation in K2Fitness programs, including injury, illness, or death. You agree to release K2Fitness, its coaches, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation. You agree to the K2Fitness Privacy Policy as published on our website.
